Taking Space, Feeling Safe, Traveling Bold

This week, I’ve been reflecting on what it really means to take up space while traveling as a queer person. It’s about more than packing, booking flights, or finding the perfect poolside spot—it’s about showing up in your body unapologetically and claiming spaces where you can feel safe, seen, and free.

I explored these reflections in my post Taking Up Space: Queer Bodies on Vacation.

Come Along Cruise — April 2026
If you’re craving a travel experience where taking up space and being fully yourself is celebrated, I’m hosting a Come Along Cruise in 2026: a 5-night adults-only LGBTQIA+ friendly trip aboard Virgin Voyages’ Scarlet Lady from Miami to Riviera Maya, Mexico, and the Bahamas. Meet other LGBTQIA+ travelers, enjoy curated activities, and still have time to explore independently.
